A bit behind this week as Monday early Sinead Tuesday leg day at Body HQ with the next day my body was so so sore I wanted to cry -Wednesday early upperbodysession.. I’m out tonight, so I need to try and do Sunday Pilates, or 30 minutes strength and 30 sweat Good thing, I’ll be able to get my steps in next wk - morning seem to be brighter by 6 - so be able to walk to the office 🥰🥰
