Yes to finishing the week strong βœ… to the five days πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ I kept my gym stuff on my bed so I’m ready for the morning sessions- missed my leg day so upper vs lower on Friday was good!! (two rest days) Sat was a crazy 30 mins session with Ciara then did 30 mins Pilates session with Lauren 😩😩😳😳 Some days are a struggle - but pushing thru I feel so much better after my work out !!!πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½πŸ§‘πŸ§‘πŸ§‘πŸ§‘ Roll onto a new month of AprilπŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°
