Yes to finishing the week strong β to the five days πͺπͺ I kept my gym stuff on my bed so Iβm ready for the morning sessions- missed my leg day so upper vs lower on Friday was good!! (two rest days) Sat was a crazy 30 mins session with Ciara then did 30 mins Pilates session with Lauren π©π©π³π³ Some days are a struggle - but pushing thru I feel so much better after my work out !!!ππ½ππ½π§‘π§‘π§‘π§‘ Roll onto a new month of Aprilπ₯°π₯°π₯°
