Upper body strength ( quick snippet )🎥🦾 Every week try and to push yourself, go up in weight or really squeeze the muscles on the exercises that you can. This weeks top tip 🎯 It’s going to get harder now to reach your goal as the sun comes out and you start socialising more. So my top tip is counter balancing. If you know you’re going out ( for food , or pub garden , family events , day party etc ) make sure you have earned enjoying yourself. Everytime you’re doing something social, make sure you have done an app workout and 10,000 steps. Just going out with no exercise will take you 2 steps back every week. JUST GET IT DONE !!!
