Last week was a good one - ended up doing 5 sessions two of reformer Pilates sessions and earl morning sessions with Sinead. Missed Friday finishers - but saved. Saturday - 30 mins sweat π₯ then 30 mins strength I love my Sat even though most mornings feel like a struggle but feel so good after πͺπͺππ Roll on the last week of these sessions - have to get my arse back to HQ ππ Full week of training all week!!! & get some steps in!!
