It can be to gain 2kg or to loose 2kg , it can to be to get fitter. A goal is so much easier to achieve when you have a plan. So right something down Example A Complete 4 workouts a week Complete 10,000 steps everyday Cut at all sugar and unhealthy foods Have 1 0 carb meal a week It can be that simple but the hard part is sticking to it.
