Woww last week went by so quickly I missed Mon & Tues so the rest of the week had to be completed & decided to get more steps in before my morining sessions or during the day - ouch!!! Friday upper vs lower was a struggle I was happy even Sophie was feelin it too💪💪💜💜 then steps in after!! 🙈🙈 Sat one of my favourite days especially if I haven’t completed most of the days so my arse had to jump on the live / went by quickly serious faster pace this week the BOSS wants to kill us !!! Extra steps in yeahhhhhh 😳😳
