Early early morning crew 😴 I’m having to workout around 5.30/6.30 latest due to work, children etc. Some days my children sleep some days they do not so my morning are fuelled by coffee . I won’t be able to eat that early but wondering if anyone has any tips etc? Pre workout recommendations? Or best thing to eat after as again I don’t have a huge appetite after and sometimes wait a while to have breakfast. Thanks ☺️ x
