Summers coming and it’s all about actually achieving what u set out to do. Todays top tip is 🦾 SACRIFICE 🦾 The physique or fitness level u want to achieve only comes by hard work and consistency. So make sure every week you are putting in the work and sacrificing something that u love that normally hinders your progress. Examples Not working out on the weekend Having cheat days not just 1 cheat meal Having alcohol with more calories because it taste better Only doing 7,000 steps not 10,000 Not pushing yourself in your workouts Skipping workouts because your tired Eating bad food because u had bad day at work Like Tesco said “every little helps” By changing small habits u can get closer to your goal Summers on its way and we will be ready 🦾 Q
