Week 1 Summer Body Was not easy I was a bit pissed with my Wi-Fi last week. I had to just push forward. Get my steps in. It was hard 16 K is very hard but I just kept up most of last week was 7k and 5k but I will keep going then I was able to jump on Thursday - Friday finishers crazyyyy it hurt Saturday - both 30 mins session but damn felt it the sweat was reallllll. So roll on wk 2 - arse to bed on time- better sleep- better meal prep & have to start taking the long walk homeπ³π³ππ½ππ½
