Week 2 - completed ✔️ This week was a okay - but not as many steps this week! But four sessions completed- Mon was not easy - Tuesday- felt hardcore Thursday was a sweat fest my booty was crying!!! Sat- my favourite day especially when I miss a session in the week. A lot can be done in 30 mins. Definitely need to increase my steps before mid-day!!!! Start walking to the office 💃🏽💃🏽 Nutrition has to be better little & often!!!
