Upper body strength Drops tomorrow @6am This weeks top tip It’s YOU against YOU What maybe a little change for someone could be a big change for you. Don’t focus what someone else is doing what they have achieved, focus on yourself. Because the only person who can eat healthy is YOU The only one who can do the workout is YOU This week change something to help you reach your goal ( anything at all ) I’ve personally done this, on top off my workouts I am running twice a week instead once .
