Hey everyone, its a DAY 4 of getting back on track FOR ME and day 1 of re-subscribing to this amazing app. I almost forgot how amazing these workouts feel! My legs were on fire, just like back in the day when I used to join @ciaralondon sessions during lockdown. It’s been over three years since I last lifted some weights or did some exercises apart from walking and chasing my daughter around. But recently, just over two weeks after stopping breastfeeding, I noticed some unexpected changes in my body. Right away it was a signal for me to start moving and to give myself a bit of “me time” and to reconnect with who I am outside of motherhood. I’m a proud mama to my 2.5yo daughter, Evelyn. And honestly, during pregnancy and even after giving birth, I felt amazing—strong, confident, and in tune with my body. But nobody tells you what happens after the postpartum glow fades. Four days ago, I created my own personal 30days challenge and I’m all in. Daily workouts, healthy food, and a commitment to rebuilding healthy habits. I’m not chasing perfection, just reconnecting with my body, rebuilding strength, and learning to feel like me again.
