Week 4 completed- only did 3 sessions as the cold got the better of me & would normally catch up Sat but felt like poo!!ππ Week 5 - Aiming for 5 sessions!!! Early mornings!!! Made sure was up first thing today with Sinead mixed up my weights as my Body felt groggy but pushed through. Definitely felt better after as Sinead mentioned mind over matter and just get it done- so true then you crumble on the floor & smile. Then proceed to look for your skipping rope and skip to 50 doneππ½πππ½
