Grief can make everything seem worthless and pointless and over the past couple of months it has been brutal. I have been keeping up with the workouts when I can - but the best thing for me has been starting the App to 5K running with @Patty Lafleur . I’ve never liked running or been good at it. Have I even run more than 10 mins continuously before? Rarely… But this is one thing that I’ve been able to focus on at this time and find really therapeutic when nothing else has been. I can’t believe I actually derive lots of satisfaction from it and can now run for 30 mins non-stop (albeit on the treadmill). Thank you @Patty Lafleur and @Body By Ciara Official. (I probably need to get a smart watch to track everything properly- what is a good cheap watch?).
