Week 6 How has the weeks flown by so quickly!! I have started the wk strong on Monday with Trainer vs Trainer catch up session at the gym using my 12βs @ 16 KB felt hard but slower pace was done. It was good sweat π¦ city!!! Tuesday- live for leg day with Sinead legs are crying ππ Aiming to upper body Wed - π but 8000 stepsβ Thurs - booty β Friday - Upper vs Lower π³π³β Sat - β Ciara -woke up late but jump in the strength class & still π¦π¦ Also aiming to get my steps in meal prep for the rest of the week! June is fast approaching aiming to go & see a Chinese Dr to seek some advice internally stomach area I am not happy with so I am doing something about it and help me improve my sleep patterns ππ½
