Week 6 How has the weeks flown by so quickly!! I have started the wk strong on Monday with Trainer vs Trainer catch up session at the gym using my 12’s @ 16 KB felt hard but slower pace was done. It was good sweat πŸ’¦ city!!! Tuesday- live for leg day with Sinead legs are crying πŸ˜†πŸ˜† Aiming to upper body Wed - πŸ‘Ž but 8000 stepsβœ… Thurs - booty βœ… Friday - Upper vs Lower πŸ˜³πŸ˜³βœ… Sat - βœ…Ciara -woke up late but jump in the strength class & still πŸ’¦πŸ’¦ Also aiming to get my steps in meal prep for the rest of the week! June is fast approaching aiming to go & see a Chinese Dr to seek some advice internally stomach area I am not happy with so I am doing something about it and help me improve my sleep patterns πŸ™πŸ½
