Decided to switch things up a bit and get into the running with @Patty Lafleur I’ve massively surprised myself with 1) my ability and 2) how much I’ve actually enjoyed it. Safe to say my backdrop helps. A few hills to negotiate at 2100m above sea level so I’m pretty chuffed with this only being my 6th run and getting 4.5km in 30mins no breaks.
