Helloooo I nearly said week 6 then realised week 7!!! Happy New Month of June - to levelling up on health, fitness internally,of mind & spirit. No matter what keep going even if it’s walking, classes on the App or Gym keep going. 🥰🥰 You may not see the results but 1 day you just look & feel good 😊. Sorry bands don’t work try the heavy ones 😳😳🤩🤩 I woke up 25 mins in - thanks @Sineadtrains Wednesday-✅upper body OMG the best one by far saving Thursday- ✅only did 20 mins as in the office alone🤩 Friday- rest day Saturday- ✅arse up to jump on 30 Strength live - then 30 sweat 45 mins later 🤣🤣 ouch felt it!!
