Week 8 was hardddddddd only ended up doing 4 sessions. So Week 9 - back on it every day even if we have to get up early to do catch up on days missed - a catch up Sat this wk- we got to juggle!!! The struggle is real in theπππͺπͺπͺ Miss Monday Tues - leg day that was crazy β Weds- upper body - what the fudge was going on - Sinead didnβt have any mercy on us an that felt like the hardest upper body session I have done β Thurs- Booty - the sweat this morining an body was cryin but we completed β Friday - upper vs lower Saturday- ?????
