Woww new week I am feeling slightly tired but we move as where half way thru the week!!!! So started with Monday early mornings with Sinead. Tues - leg day - legs were cryin the next day!!! Weds - upper body so glad slower pace but still feeling the sweat. Knee is really sore so happy where half way thru the week.πŸ™πŸ½πŸ§‘πŸ™πŸ½ Thursday- rest day Friday - happy to be off jumped on the Friday finishers - love it so good heavy breathing!!! Saturday - had a late night but did the second part of the live 30 minutes strength- love πŸ₯° this class. I was going to do the sweat after, but wanted something a bit more gentle and decided to do Power Pilates vs Strength !!!! Wowww the sweat πŸ’¦ such a great class definitely have to start incorporating my Pilates in my wk!! Get my arse back to my Mondays at BKH.🌺🌺😍😍
