Hey gang! Does anyone have PCOS? If so, what workouts do you generally do? I was told I need to avoid intense/HITT workouts but does that mean even the warm ups in most of the classes (things like star jumps, running on the spot - those kinds of things). If so - do you swap it out for something? Thanks you!! Any guidance re the workouts would be so helpful xxx
