Happy Bank Holiday I cannot believe we are two months away from my birthday woww🙏🏽🙏🏽 Summer has flown by 😭😭 last week of challenge- finally finish my 12/12👌 today with Trainer vs Trainer 👌🌺👌✅ Tues- leg day Sinead ✅ Weds - upper vs lower @ HQ ✅ felt so good to be back in the gym serious workout lifting heavier!! Thursday- Booty & Bands 7am - ✅ Friday rest day ( walk to hairdresser) Sat - 30 mid sweat /✅ & strength ✅ Ending the month smiling it’s been bloody tough but we did it!! Didn’t do as many classes at HQ but it was lovely going back to Lee class was able to use 12.5 & 14/ 16 KB so smiling, as I felt I had gone 10 paces back. Mind over matter. 🧡🧡🌺🌺👏🏽👏🏽
