Deload weekkkkk / yeah right ππ But we keep going Mon - rest 7,000 step Tuesday- Leg Day π₯°π₯°7amβ Weds- β no live so we do last weeks upper body thinking it would be easier notπ But π§‘π§‘ upper body - gonna be an emotional day today - so good to start with a release ππ½ππ½ Thursday- rest day Friday - sweat vs abs β - wow Saturday - 30 mins sweat &30 mins strength β my favourite day especially when I have missed a day in the week.
