BRAND NEW PROGRAMMES KICKING OFF TODAY 💪 Which one is more you? This week we want you to trial a few workouts, see the different rep ranges, weight suggestions, note the rest times and the intensity…. And we want to make sure by this time next week you are dead clear on the programme for you so we can go 100% through the winter 🥶🚀 Powerhouse generally will be slightly lighter weights, higher rep range, more HIIT and less rest to make sure you are burning all the way through 🩷 🔥 Rebuild is for those of you who really want to focus on strength training and building - so fewer reps, more repetition, heavier weights and longer rest 💚💪 The new gym programmes can be found in the workout library - gym guides and click on either Rebuild or Powerhouse. There you will find your workout plans, exercise videos and the nutrition plan. A little tip - if you have any questions or want to hold yourself accountable each gym guide has their own community feed where you can post or ask questions. Simply click on your guide and press the white dots in the top right hand corner and select 'check in' and this will bring you to the group with other squad members also doing this programme. @mike_fitness__ will be coaching both programmes on nutrition - with a live check in chat on Sunday 7pm to talk you through your first week of training, eating and making sure everyone is motivated and clear moving forward ⏰ Have a great first week gang - it’s work time 📍
