You accountability checklist ☑️ Screenshot and fill in our daily checklist to hold yourself accountable with our new programmes. ✅ Fill in your meals from your nutrition plan ✅ Track your water intake ✅ Tick the type of workout you completed each day (Full body, lower body, upper body, glutes, abs, pilates/stretch or run) ✅ Note down how long the workout was, if you hit any personal bests, your calories burnt. ✅ Log your hours of sleep ✅ And take note of how you're feeling each day.
