This week was very interesting as I want to do both sessions so I’m torn. But this week Mon - rest day as my knee is bloody playin up!! 🤬 Tues- 7000 steps Weds - upper body early 7am with Sinead Thurs - Booty & bands 7am Fri- Sweat bs Abs @12 so glad it was a slower pace. Sat - 30 mins strength with Ciara then I decided to go back in & do 30 mins sweat- I’m knackered 😜😜😜 But either way you cannot be disappointed with a work🥰 woww more steps tonight as I’m going out!!
