Hey girls, I’m looking for some advice on how you all fuel yourself for leg day or booty day workouts. I’ve normally always worked out first thing on an empty stomach (with coffee), and generally my last big meal the day before is at about 5.30pm. But have found the leg days particularly challenging lately, so I am wondering if I need to eat something before the workout. Would be interested to hear what you ladies eat and how long before a heavy workout, thank you!
