Only @Sineadtrains and her powerhouse programme can get me out off bed at 5am, workout before the kids wake up, an hour long nursery run (long story), day at work and another hour pick up. Feeling great 🤭🤪 however any advice for curtsy lunges and back pain kicking in? I definitely show my age when I do these!
