Woeee how are the weeks flyin by so quickly- last wk was hard I missed the Monday so completed Weds, Thurs & Sat!! So I made sure into wk 5 my body was tired - but got my arse up & did early morning session with Sinead Mon- full body ✅ using my 12.5 😳😳 Tues- rest 5000 steps Weds - UPPER BODY AMRAP POWERHOUSE 💥💥💥✅ Woeee Sinead was not playin Thursday- booty was crying ✅ Fri- missed the 12 live -gutted sort of as it looked crazy Sat - up doing 30 sweat /30 strength!! ✅ Just need to sort out my meal preps nxt wk!!!
