Wow this is now my 30 days of fitness & wellness. So sea-moss,green tea, green juice, protein shakes & early nights, meal preps!! Only did 4 sessions in the week 2 days of steps. My hairdresser wants me to have clean hair for 3 days 😂😂🙈🙈 New week we on it earlier time Tues/weds travel 4 work. I have a nice Spa day on Thursday yeahhh.🧖♀️🧖♀️
