Hey! HAPPY NEW YEAR! I'm after some advice please - my youngest is 18 months and came by c section but he was unstable lie so basically head was by my belly button and feet kicking me chest/ basically he stuck out ALOT and I was stretched ALOT π. I have quite bad diastasi recti and haven't really focused on it in the hope it would go away... it hadn't lol I am wondering if @Lauren Mads core work pre/post natal would be ok for this? I've been doing sit ups etc and not realising it can make it worse π« xx
