Hey gang, If you are an OG on the app you would have noticed we have organised each of the trainer folders into body parts and phases - by doing this we hope to avoid a long list of workouts so you can filter what you want to train and either catch up on older workouts or do the most recent ones - most recent workouts will be saved in the last phase. We have also created a 'follow along programmes' folder - this is where you will find all of our previous programmes as well as out current plan workouts.
