Hi guys, was hoping you could all help with something…. So after doing some upper body last week, I think I was a bit too optimistic with going as heavy as I did with some presses and done some damage to my right arm, I should’ve eased myself into it and I didn’t. That was my mistake! It’s really sore and I’m worried it’ll last a while, can’t lift anything upwards without feeling a niggle and I’ll need to be extra careful by the end of next week as I have my Baby Girl’s cake to make and don’t want any accidents, super worried!! 😫😫 My question is, if I see any upper body exercises implemented into one of our workouts that I know I can’t do, would you all know of any that come to mind that I can make a swap with? I’ve been with BBC for 5 years now, and I’ve honestly not experienced this kind of pain or injury in my arm I’d say since probably when I’d first started out, any suggestions are welcome! @Body By Ciara Official would also love your input if possible, thanks so much have a great day you guys 🙏🏻💖🙏🏻💖
