Woww last week was crazy I missed upper body on Wednesday so decided to catch up on Friday morning. My sister is messing up my plan to go to HQ on Friday so we had to get up early and do upper versus lower on catch up then did Pilates after I was only supposed to watch it while I was getting ready then realised I needed additional stretch and yeah not easy but such a good workout - a lot can happen in 20 mins so that’s going into My weekly exercise plan sexy Legs in the making 2026 watching Sinead Legs in the Pilates classes damn!!!!!! Aim this week five classes/on waiting list for HQ Friday πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½
