Woww this week has been crazy missed Monday so catch up on Tuesday like day early mornings wow Weds upper body 🧡🧡 Thurs auto pilot booty went lighter weights as realised KB session @ HQ loved it Fri - lighter weights in 12am low body (not so low body) So Sat rest day Sunday - body conditioning at HQ loved it loved it loved it have to go back. Sundays are normally hard as I work late Sat but yeah felt really good. Got a bit shaky forgot to eat my banana thanks Ciara for lookin out 4 me 🧡🧡 wicked energy 🌺🧡🌺🧡
