Woww last week was crazy being motivated to push thru no matter what especially on days my body wants that extra sleep. But I know 2026 I am elevating my fitness and wellness. Mind, body & spirit is what is required to stay sane but also being consistent in moving my body daily. So back to HQ, & mixing up classes adding walking to the mix and better meal plan & nutrition even if I have to bring it back to the basics.
