Wowww how does this only feel like wk 1 my body is hurting . I have trained Mon to Sat went to a really nice gym - the sauna , steam & jacuzzi was so lovely my body needed it… Tues & Thurs at HQ Mon,Weds,, Fri on the app not sure what was worse Fri 12 live of Tue Leg Day. Also trying to be mindful with more Protein, better choices & meal preparations. So let’s continue into wk 2- more steps- better sleep 🧡🧡🥰🥰 Monday- 7 am night 🌺 🥰🥰
