Wowww not sure what week where in🤣🤣 but I have tried to be consistent leaving April moving into May. Last week I competed 5 days 😳🧡 Mon - early morning session where Sinead try to kill us Tue - rest so did some steps 5500 Wed - upper-body Thursday- wicked booty /bands session which had my laying in pool of sweat Friday - rest Sat - 30 sweat catch up/ 30 strength Sunday went to church at Body HQ where I’m slowly seeing progress 😭😭🤩🤩 We just keep going roll on adventures in May🙏🏽
