Good morning ladies and happy Friday! Last year March when I started the workouts, I was doing them daily and my knees started to suffer from all the lunges. My squad bestie @Lou-Hearts of Hackney recommended cod-liver oil and it has definitely helped. If your joints are sore you should give it a go. I also take a few more vitamins, are there any vitamins you recommend?
