Body felt a little funny during that 12pm workout. Thighs and knees felt a bit off during the squat jumps and stuff but managed to push through and complete it then decided to do a foam roll catch up session after. Body feels sooo much better now, I forgot what a good foam roll can do for the body, ashamed to say I haven’t done it in about 8/9 months 🤦🏾‍♀️
