I dunno what it is about Fridays but all my motivation just disappears. I don’t know if it’s the stress of my working week taking it’s toll or that I’m just tired from working out in the week but Fridays never go to plan for me 🥴 I planned 2 workouts today but haven’t done them. I just feel drained!! Anyone else?!?!
