I've always had trouble with lunges bc my balance isn't very good. I usually stick to dropping the weights when it comes to them bc I literally fall over almost every time. But, today I decided to add some weights to one of the moves from @Sophie Hardy 's classes yesterday and I'm super pleased with how long I went without totally loosing balance. Yay for progress šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰
