I went to the gym this morning to change it up and get some human interaction & found it was really difficult to get into as I am not great on planning workouts (this is why I love @Body by Ciara Squad it takes the thinking out of it!) - I knew I was doing legs but didn’t know what exercises 🤦🏽‍♀️ does anyone have any tips on planning gym workouts? Would be so good if in summer when restrictions ease if some squad could gather in a park to workout to do a live class to see some faces! If anyone is in the London/Enfield area and up for it Holla! 🤗🥰😃
