Managed to do a work out with the hubby today wanted to do a class but he said to join him in a proper pump 🤦🏽‍♀️ clearly he has never done a @Ciara class with me or any of the other trainers so he has no idea but I figured I would entertain him!! This is also first time training during the hours of Ramadan was kinda scared but doing arms only kinda worked out
