Day 5/30 fasting workout with Kari for legs done. Was worried about doing a second day of a midday work out without being able to fuel up afterwards but it was actually fine. Low impact works best at this time of day. Glad I got it in! How is everyone doing? I might risk going to Westfield’s and see what the shops are saying...wish me luck. Happy Saturday guys!
