After 3 hours of @Body by Ciara Squad workouts this morning, me and my youngest pup (I have 3 😊) took a fast paced walk around the neighborhood. It's so peaceful, I love it! My girl, Liberty, seen here, requires more exercise than most dogs as she is a Belgian Malinois. If you know the breed, then you knowwww 🤦🤣 Liberty is a pet but this breed is used, here in the USA (& other countries I'm sure), as Police K9's and Military Working Dogs, so they need an enormous amount of stimulation. Share with me your pets! Dogs, cats, bunnies, rats, snakes, WHATEV!!!!
