To all your lovely peeps out there. Take not that you are all killing it. I only joined a couple of weeks ago and wished I found you all earlier. Thank you @deletedmember for inspiring me to put my words and thoughts into action. That action was to take responsibility for my movement in my body to try and reach to higher heights and higher health. I’m still pacing myself but so glad I started this journey of rediscovering myself through fitness in body and mind. 😘💪
