Hope everyone has had a beautiful Sunday, the sun today was hitting different 🌞 Had two days off and WOW I felt today’s 10am pull a card session with Ciara 🔥🔥🔥 Not got the hang of selfies yet - the below pics won’t make it to the gram 🤣🤣 However thanks @The Real Gym Guy for the upper body GAINS!!!!! I either do 6pm with Lee on Thursdays or 11am Sundays and not only is the class a VIBE but I’ve really seen a massive difference. 💪💪💪 Positive vibes for the week ahead 💖
