Good Morning! Leg Day🦵 , I was easing myself into a routine. Last week I tested my strength and weaknesses. I've upped my weight slightly and lowered my reps my legs were trembling by the end. Posting the exercises I didn't complete so that I can track my progress. I’m off to stretch 💫
