Hey everyone 👋🏼 Question from an exercise newbie. I’ve been working out 5 times a week for about the last six weeks now. About two weeks ago I caught a cold and it literally will not shift. It’s not Covid, I made sure to test. It has only now crossed my mind that it could be my exercising that’s prolonging my recovery. Is this a thing, slow recovery due to intense exercising? I’m debating taking a few days off but I know that I’m going to be drowning in guilt. ❤️
