After the weekends and this mornings @deletedmembe@deletedmember London my body is in bits! It even hurt just to jog and then ciara decided to throw in abs and booty and this shredded me to the floor. While I intended to go beast mode and do @Sophie Hardy my body is telling me nooo! So I am listening and enjoying the evening sun!
